Katherine + Inaugural batch of waffle cones: lemon zest!

Hi, my name is Katherine and I have a problem. . . My freezer is too small! I have a weakness for all things frozen and delicious. A few years ago, my pricey frozen yogurt habit led to the purchase of a small, electric ice cream maker. That’s sort of when things fell apart.

I cook, photograph, and write for my other food blog The Incuisition which is how I came to realize that experimenting with ice creams (full dairy, raw, and vegan alike) and the vessels in which we eat them are what excite me most in the kitchen. So here we are, you know, just chillin’. Welcome!
